The draw for the second round of the UEFA European Women’s Under-19 Championship, determining the groups in Leagues A and B, has been held.
The national teams in League A groups will decide on seven participants in the final tournament in Poland in 2025, while Croatia in League B will fight for a place in League A in the next edition of the European tournament qualifiers.
The Croatian women’s national team, which placed second in its group in the first round, will play in Group B5 against North Macedonia, Armenia, and Lithuania.
Group B1: Bulgaria, Georgia, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein

Group B3: Kosovo, Latvia, Kazakhstan, Malta
Group B4: Northern Ireland, Albania, Montenegro, Azerbaijan

Group B6: Hungary, Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina
In the first round of the next edition of the European Championship qualification, the winners of the groups and the best second-placed national team will move to League A.
Also, a draw was held for women’s national teams under 17 years of age, which determined the groups for both leagues. Teams in League A are aiming for a place in the finals, which will be held in the Faroe Islands. Croatia is in Group A3 with Italy, the Czech Republic, and Georgia.
The draw was held for the 2nd round of League A of the European Women’s U17 Championship, and the teams were divided into seven groups.
2nd round draw: League A
Group A1: Spain (defending champions), Belgium, Iceland, Ukraine
Group A2: Scotland, France, Wales, Slovakia
Group A3: Italy, Czech Republic, CROATIA, Georgia
Group A4: Switzerland, Poland, Turkey, Hungary
Group A5: England, Finland, Netherlands, Sweden
Group A6: Norway, Portugal, Greece, Serbia
Group A7: Germany, Austria, Denmark, Kosovo
The seven winners of League A groups will secure a place in the final tournament, which will take place in the Faroe Islands from May 4 to 17. In addition to them, the hosts will also be included in the draw that will take place on March 26. On the other hand, the seven teams that take fourth place in their groups will be relegated to League B for the first round of the next edition of the competition.

The six group winners and the best runners-up from League B (not counting results against fourth-placed teams) will be promoted to League A for the first round of the next edition.
The national teams are divided into two leagues based on the first-round draw. The Faroe Islands will participate in League B, although their place in the final tournament is already secured as hosts.
The tournament also serves as a UEFA qualifier for the 2025 Women’s Under-17 World Cup in Morocco, which will be held from 17 October to 8 November.
